As parents of children with Special Needs, we have personally experienced times where we wished we had somebody that could have given us a clue, a helping hand, just a glimpse into how to do this journey.

There were times we wished we had somebody who understood, heard us, and could lighten our load.

Yes, the journey is fraught with times of anxiety, times of isolation, but we are here to share that it can be done - you can do it!

Founded by Kelly Weiss, she and her staff provide coaching, consulting and trainings to individuals, families, professional staff, educational communities, medical communities, special interest groups-such as Autism Support Groups, Special Education Councils and related support providers.

We have gathered vast information along our journeys and have found ways
to navigate this 'new land'. One part of the journey that too often goes
missing in the special needs world is humor and joy.
UP, Inc. wants to change that!

We want our families to know that
yes, your journey is different than you ever expected it to be,
yes, you will be learning things you never could have imagined you would be learning,
yes, you will be dealing with things you never could have imagined you would be dealing with.

Yet even with ALL of that, YES, You can do it and get the fun and joy back into your life!
